Product Genius - Lexus of Seattle Job

Lexus of Seattle is looking for a Product Genius to join their sales team!

Responsibilities:

The Product Genius will focus on educating customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new car. After the sale of the car, the Product Genius will meet with the client to answer all questions regarding operation of their vehicle. They will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for the following:

• Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles

• Communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests

• Explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules

• Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process

• Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery

• Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record

• 2-5+ years of customer service experience

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: $17/hour + Bonus

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends
