BH Food Group Limited d.b.a. BH Food Group is located at #1120-950 Seaborne Ave., Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 0R9. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Product Designer. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Product Designer
Wages: CAD$ 36.41-38.00/hour (depending on experiences)
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Consult with employer and production team to establish product concepts and requirements
• Analyze the use and features of product
• Conduct researches on user preferences and market trends
• Conduct research into cost including production materials and methods of production
• Develop manual and CAD concepts, sketches or models for approval
• Prepare manufacturing drawings, specifications and guidelines for production and construct prototype of design
• Consult with production staff during manufacturing stage.
Job Requirements:
• A university degree in industrial design with 1-2 years of experience or a college diploma in industrial design with 2-3 years of experience
• Creative ability, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work, is required.
