Product Design Lead Job

Genuin Inc. seeks Product Design Lead to Direct the creation and iteration of user-friendly interfaces and experiences for Genuin Inc.'s video-based communities. Oversee the selection and integration of human computer interaction, visual design, interaction design, UX research,and prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a design strategy for GenuinInc.'s products. Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance on user-centered design principles and best practices. Review and approve designs, prototypes, and user experiences. Oversee user research and usability testing. Optimize design workflows to align with Genuin Inc.'s design quality standards.

* Master’s Degree in Design, Art, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is required.
