Product and UX Designer Job

– design patient-centered user interfaces for postoperative recovery workflows
– develop accessibility-first navigation suitable for adults aged 45+ and senior users
– structure caregiver-assisted workflows and simplified recovery guidance modules
– improve usability for patients with varying levels of digital familiarity
– support multilingual interface planning and practical onboarding pathways
– align interface flows with real postoperative behavior and recovery management patterns
– collaborate with medical leadership to ensure platform logic reflects actual patient pathways
– prepare visual design standards for both patient-facing and provider-facing environments
– support usability testing and iterative interface improvements during controlled deployment

– diploma or degree in UX design, product design, web design, digital design, or related discipline preferred
– experience in healthcare technology, accessibility design, or user-centered digital platforms is strongly preferred
– strong understanding of accessibility-first design principles
– ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into simplified digital experiences
– experience designing for senior users and caregiver-supported environments is considered an asset
– familiarity with responsive mobile-first and web-based healthcare platforms preferred
