Producer-Director Job

Currently, we are actively seeking a dedicated Producer-Director for orchestrating multimedia project timelines, overseeing narrative and aesthetic development, and ensuring the highest production quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedule and synchronize the various phases of multimedia presentation production, from preliminary brainstorming to the release of the final product, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Direct the realization of both technical and creative concepts, engaging with experts in various fields to achieve the project's overarching goals.
• Enhance the storytelling and visual design of productions by documenting each phase, facilitating a clear narrative arc and cohesive visual style.
• Recruit and lead a team of technical experts and creatives, fostering a collaborative environment to maintain a consistent project vision.
• Develop a financial strategy that encompasses budgeting, funding allocation, and rights negotiations to ensure the project's commercial viability.

Skills & Qualifications
• A Post-secondary diploma or certificate in performing arts, broadcasting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or creative production role within the motion picture, broadcasting, theatre, or a related industry is required.
• Demonstrated originality and inventiveness in the arts sector required.
• Aptitude for leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating cross-cultural engagements essential.
• Proficiency in narrative construction and visual storytelling highly valued.
