We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team and strengthen our vendor and cost-management ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Procurement Manager will oversee all sourcing and purchasing activities related to forex trading operations, including trading platforms, fintech software, liquidity services, market-data providers, technology infrastructure, and corporate procurement needs. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, financial awareness, and experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for technology, financial-market tools, trading platforms, and operational services.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors such as liquidity providers, payment processors, data-feed partners, and fintech service companies.
Develop procurement strategies that optimize cost, reliability, and performance across forex trading operations.
Maintain vendor contracts, SLAs, pricing agreements, and compliance documentation.
Monitor market trends in forex/fintech to identify new vendors, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Work closely with finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure all purchases meet company and regulatory standards.
Create and manage procurement budgets and reporting for senior management.
Build strong vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply-chain roles (experience in forex, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred).
Strong negotiation and contract-management skills.
Understanding of trading technology, market-data services, or financial-market infrastructure is a plus.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
