Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration

Serve as the primary system administrator for Zip, Navan, and Ironclad platforms.

Configure workflows, approval chains, and integrations to support procurement policies and business needs.

Maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls in compliance with IT and procurement governance standards.

Oversee periodic updates, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.

Integration & Data Management

Manage integrations between Zip, Ironclad, Navan, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and other related systems.

Ensure data integrity across systems, including supplier, contract, and spend data.

Partner with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot data flow or synchronization issues.

Operational Support & Optimization

Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support and system troubleshooting.

Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements.

Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, system configuration guides, and training materials.

Monitor usage metrics, system performance, and user adoption rates to drive continuous improvement.

Governance & Compliance

Enforce procurement and compliance policies through system configurations and approval workflows.

Support audit and reporting requirements for vendor management, spend analysis, and contract compliance.

Partner with InfoSec and Legal to ensure data privacy, security, and risk mitigation across platforms.

Training & Stakeholder Collaboration

Deliver training sessions and materials for new users and system updates.

Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align system capabilities with strategic goals.

Work with vendors (Zip, Navan, Ironclad) to resolve escalated issues and stay informed of new features and best practices.

Job Requirements:
Experience managing SaaS integrations and APIs.

Familiarity with spend analytics tools or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile).

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, SOX).
