Job Description — Part-Time Procurement Agent

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Agent to assist our nonprofit organization with purchasing supplies from vendors that have already been identified and approved by our organization.

The Procurement Agent will not be responsible for sourcing or finding products or vendors. Instead, the primary responsibility will be to contact our approved vendors, confirm availability and pricing, place authorized orders, coordinate purchases and deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.

Our mission is to help these homes access essential resources, strengthen their day-to-day operations, and create safe, supportive environments where children can thrive. We work alongside local care homes by providing assistance with essential supplies, procurement support, operational resources, and other practical needs. Through partnerships, volunteers, donors, and community support, we aim to help smaller organizations continue providing quality care to the children they serve.
