The Role of a Processing Compliance Leader

As a supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating the activities of workers involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products. You will be responsible for establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments. Additionally, you will play a key role in resolving work-related issues and recommending measures to enhance productivity and the quality of the products. You will also be in charge of managing the requisition of materials and supplies, training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, as well as making recommendations for personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing various reports related to production and other relevant activities.

Your role will include the following:
-Supervising, coordinating, and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food and beverage products
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
-Requisition materials and supplies
-Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.
-Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
-Prepare production and other reports.

Compensation: For someone employed in this role, we pay $34.77/hour, based on a 40 hour work week. We provide disability, dental, and extended medical insurance. We provide 14 days of paid vacation days.

In order to qualify for this position at Ya YA Foods Corporation, we require the following:

- We require a minimum of a high school diploma, however, we value and highly consider candidates who have obtained a post-secondary education.
- We require someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience I the food or beverage processing industry.
