A Bachelor Degree in Science in Engineering is required; Materials, Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical.
4+ years of Engineering experience…Materials, process, Manufacturing, Chemical, R&D, and/or Project.
Experience in a Chemical Manufacturing environment…Rubber, Plastic, Chemical, Oil, Gas, Adhesives, etc.
Ability to work with mechanical design engineers, quality engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing process engineers to ensure new materials and processes meet the needs of new and existing applications and are manufacturable.
