Job Title: Process Engineering Intern
Hybrid Location: RSO in Jacksonville, FL

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of quality control systems and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Reviews: conduct thorough reviews of existing processes for efficiency.
- Root Cause Analysis: identify a problem's root cause and create actionable solutions.
- Improvement Plans: develop plans for improvement and techniques for implementation.
- Lean Manufacturing: implement lean manufacturing principles and/or 5S kaizen principles.
- Data Analysis/Data Driven Problem Solving: analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Teams: lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Project Management: monitor progress towards goals and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
