Process Engineer Job

A Process Engineer is needed in Opelika, Alabama.

• Analyze process control standards and sequences for manufacturing assembly process of automotive parts, such as console, steering wheel, wheel cover, and hup cap.
• Design manufacturing methods, layout of equipment, sequence of operations, and workspace based on production schedules, engineering technologies, and project specification to produce maximum efficiency during production.
• Design quality control procedures and activities to increase production quality and minimize costs.
• Implement and evaluate regulatory testing and sampling systems to ensure precision and accuracy of manufacturing process.
• Analyze statistical data and production specifications to determine quality and reliability of finished products.
• Confer with clients and management to negotiate purchases, production specifications, manufacturing methods, or production costs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
