Job Description:
• Discover and lead manufacturing efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Determine feasibility for Capital Expenditure on new manufacturing process.
• Evaluate proposals for pilot manufacturing contracts.
• Program profitability of ongoing projects based on market demand and prices.
• Procure equipment and instruments for production lines.
• Manage manufacturing orders in resource planning.
• Ensure project deliverables are met according to contracts.
• Develop C&E, P&ID program for automation design and implementation.
• Design and plan layouts and material flow for new production lines.
• Direct and manage employee resource to meet production needs.
• Engineer parts and systems to improve productivity and reliability of production systems.
• Provide operational training to employees on renewed standards of operation.
• Improve overall reliability and sustainability of the manufacturing plant.
• Formulate animal diets under AAFCO guidelines.
• Establish quality control standards in feed manufacturing processes to meet City, State, and Federal requirements.
• Ensure compliance of workers safety according to anthropometric data.
• Troubleshoot and analyze breakdowns through thorough investigation of root causes.
• Configure production lines to customer packaging requirements.
• Meet customer needs and implement necessary changes to production processes

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, or industrial engineering from an accredited university in the United States or its foreign equivalent. Must have knowledge of using ARENA software to simulate business systems to determine resource allocation, utilization and efficiency. Must have knowledge of efficiency analysis on production systems.
