Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Process Automation Consultant to help organizations streamline and automate business processes using modern no-code and low-code workflow platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in workflow configuration, business process automation, integrations, and solution consulting.

This role requires working closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design automated workflows, configure business rules, and implement process automation solutions across various departments.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and convert them into automated workflow solutions.
Design, configure, and deploy business workflows across multiple departments.
Configure forms, approval workflows, routing logic, notifications, SLAs, and escalations.
Build and maintain workflow rules, conditional routing, and approval hierarchies.
Configure workflow applications based on organizational requirements.
Implement role-based permissions, user access controls, and security settings.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand process challenges and recommend automation solutions.
Configure integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automation processes.
Develop workflow documentation, process maps, and implementation guidelines.
Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
Participate in workflow migration and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams during deployment and integration activities.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow management concepts.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, Power Automate, Nintex, or similar workflow tools.
Experience designing, configuring, and deploying workflow applications.
Knowledge of routing logic, approval workflows, business rules, and process orchestration.
Experience configuring forms, dashboards, notifications, reports, and custom workflows.
Strong understanding of workflow lifecycle management and process optimization.
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Experience integrating workflow platforms with ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting, and business applications.
Understanding of user roles, permissions, and access management.
Familiarity with document management workflows and digital forms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of AI workflow creation, AI agents, intelligent document processing, or AI-assisted automation.
Experience working with OpenAI APIs, AI copilots, or workflow AI integrations is an added advantage.
Certification in workflow automation or no-code platforms is preferred.
Experience in process consulting or digital transformation projects.
