Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 20.00 - CAD 22.00 per hour
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 8G6
Requirements:
• At least 1 – 2 years of home childcare experience is required
• Some secondary school education is an asset
• Experience with special needs children is required
Main Duties:
• Supervise and observe children’s activities to ensure safety and well-being
• Prepare meals and snacks and pack lunches for children
• Transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities
• Provide age-appropriate educational support and learning activities, such as homework help
• Perform light household duties, such as cleaning
• May shop for groceries and household supplies
