2-3 years’ experience of working in a related field is required.
Specific Skills
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule printing, and finishing of printed and signage products.
• Plan workflows and establish efficient methods to meet customer orders and service timelines, coordinating work across departments.
• Review and approve all job proofs, samples, or mock-ups to ensure final products meet client specifications and FineCo’s quality standards.
• Train new and existing staff on proper job procedures, safe handling of sign-making materials, and company policies (including safety).
• Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring new team members, promotions, or other staffing decisions.
• Prepare production reports and other documentation (e.g., job logs, output, quality checks) to track performance and resource needs.
