Job Title: Print Press and Packaging Supervisor (NOC 72022)

We are currently seeking a Print Press and Packaging Supervisor (NOC 72022) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in printing packaging products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with production standards.

Job Description
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who produce packaging and other printed products
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples in order to ensure quality of work meets client specifications
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines or equipment.
• May perform printing press functions if needed

Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of related experience in print press supervisor or team leader for the printing press and packaging industry
• Completed Secondary School is required
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work overtime, weekend or holidays if needed

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week (Evening Shift)
Salary: $36 per hour
