REQUIREMENT OF THE POSITION: The offered position of Principal Real Estate Development Management Analyst at our company, New Golden Age Realty Inc., requires, at a minimum, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Real Estate Development. Such graduate-level training provides the specialized knowledge necessary to independently evaluate real estate investment opportunities, perform advanced financial and feasibility analyses, assess portfolio performance, analyze zoning and regulatory issues, evaluate development and redevelopment projects, conduct risk assessments, apply quantitative analytical methodologies, and develop solutions to unusual and complex real estate investment and management issues. This specialized academic preparation is essential to perform the advanced analytical, investment evaluation, development feasibility, portfolio optimization, and strategic real estate advisory duties associated with our company's real estate acquisition, development, redevelopment, investment, and asset management activities.
