Job Duties: Establish short-term and long-term business objectives, strategic plans, and corporate policies for Syscon Robotics USA Inc., ensuring alignment with the parent company’s global mission; plan and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and market competitiveness; oversee the company’s financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth; participate in executive meetings with Syscon Robotics Co., Ltd. (Korea) to report performance metrics, market developments, and organizational progress; review and approve all major investment, procurement, and operational decisions to ensure compliance with corporate governance and U.S. regulatory standards; lead U.S. business development and client relationship management efforts to expand Syscon’s presence among OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, including Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), Hyundai Mobis, and local logistics companies; oversee proposal development, Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, and system integration (SI) project execution with collaboration between Korean headquarters and U.S. clients; develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and brand recognition in the North American robotics automation market; negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with U.S. manufacturers, logistics firms, and technology providers; represent Syscon Robotics USA Inc. at industry trade shows, business forums, and technical exhibitions to promote the company’s AMR/AGV product line and service capabilities; provide overall direction and performance oversight of the Technical Team, Consulting Team, and Business Development Team to ensure successful project implementation; coordinate technical support and field service operations, including spare parts management and after-sales maintenance; ensure that all AMR/AGV hardware and software solutions meet North American safety and quality standards; facilitate communication and collaboration between Korean and U.S. engineering teams to optimize product localization; review project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to maintain schedule integrity and client satisfaction; evaluate team performance, identify training and development needs, and ensure effective staffing to support business growth; and make personnel recommendations, including recruitment, promotion, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions for direct subordinates.

Requirements:
Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Economic and International Business, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, global operations, finance, business development, and overseas market expansion within robotics, automotive, and advanced manufacturing industries.
