JOB DUTIES
- Develop and execute the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends, and establish objectives and policies.
- Manage the establishment and oversight of key departments and senior management positions to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the selection and appointment of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, create optimum working conditions, and conduct performance reviews.
- Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, investors, and industry partners to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and economic factors to identify opportunities and risks, study market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement a strategic blueprint for deploying databases within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing real estate operations, including licensing, permits, and property laws, and direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.

Job Requirements:
- A university degree in business administration, commerce, or other related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a middle manager in real estate or other related fields is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset
