President and Software Engineering Manager (NOC 20012) Job

Job duties:
?Manage, plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of the company.
?Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
?Work with US partners to secure business for the company.
?Determine company objectives, policies, and procedures.
?Establish the business’ goals and targets in order to ensure the success of the business.
?Ensure all employees and contractors are following the necessary procedures and methods.
?Recruit, train, and manage computer/IT professionals.
?Evaluate the cost of operations and suggest improvements.
?Plan future business expansion.
?Solve operational issues, problems, and conflicts.
?Review reports submitted by the employees to assess their needs and suggest changes or improvements.
?Control the budget and expenditures of the company and of projects.
