Job Description:
Work with the director to solicit feedback about the program from families and staffs on an annual basis, and
develops a program improvement plan based on such results; Collect information to establish educational
standards and objectives that will assist in establishing policies, procedures, and programs to be
implemented by Futabakai Inc.’s (hereafter “FI”) preschool teachers and staff; Implement the education
program, to ensure compliance with regulatory, funding, and accrediting agency requirements; Continuously
observe and monitor the teaching methods and content of FI’s educational or student activity programs;
Enroll children to ensure that openings are filled in a timely manner; Complete all written reports in a
thorough, accurate, and timely manner, etc.

Job Requirements:
BACHELOR'S IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR RELATED & 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS NURSERY TEARCHER, PRESCHOOL TEACHER, OR RELATED.
