Prefabricated Interior Systems Supervisor Job

Falkbuilt Vancouver is seeking an experienced Prefabricated Interior Systems Supervisor to join the team.

Position: Prefabricated Interior Systems Supervisor
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $80,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1

Duties:
- Schedule installation jobs in conjunction with the branch team, clients, and sub-trades/employees to ensure smooth on-site operation of prefabricated interior wall installations
- Oversee employees and sub-trades on-site to ensure quality control standards are implemented and met on every installation
- Act as on-site client liaison to ensure customer satisfaction during and after completion of installation work, including providing progress updates and photo documentation
- Provide training to employees and sub-trades on job duties, installation procedures, safety procedures, and company policies
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the factory and purchasing; monitor on-site inventory levels and reorder materials as necessary to maintain adequate supply
- Ensure health and safety regulations and applicable building code requirements are followed on all job sites

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in lathing (interior systems) or a related interior wall installation trade is required
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Trade certification for lathers (interior systems mechanics) is an asset
- Red Seal endorsement is an asset
- English language ability is required
