• Lead redesign and modernization of legacy reports into Power BI solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of 4+ Power BI developers
• Coordinate with data engineers and ETL teams for accurate data sourcing
• Build accessible, standardized reports meeting governance and documentation standards
• Test and validate reports for accuracy and consistency
• Gather requirements and maintain technical documentation
Required Skills & Certifications:
• 5+ years developing Power BI reports/dashboards in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years’ experience with ETL and reporting/BI tools
• 5+ years as Technical Lead for a team of 4+ developers
• 5+ years strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
• 5+ years understanding of data models and visualization best practices
