Required Skills:
6–7 years of Business Intelligence/Analytics experience.
4–5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Advanced expertise in Power BI Dashboards, Semantic Models, DAX, RLS, and OLS.
Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio for report optimization.
Familiarity with Azure data platforms and cloud environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or radiology analytics is a plus.
Microsoft Power BI certifications are preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
