We are looking for skilled individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing top-notch propane tank refurbishing services.

Responsibilities:

Apply powder coatings to propane tanks with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, and masking as required.
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools.
Ensure proper curing and drying of coatings for a flawless finish.
Conduct quality checks to meet the highest standards of our customers.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:

Prior experience in powder coating is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with powder coating equipment and materials is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Crossville, TN.
Schedule and Compensation:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Overtime opportunities available with double-time pay.
Competitive starting wage of $17 per hour, with potential for growth and advancement.
