Specific Skills

1. Hang poultry onto the hangers
2. Participate in equipment set up and change overs to have lines and equipment set up and operating in a timely manner
3. Ensure quality standards and specifications are met prior to processing and remove products not meeting quality standards
4. Maintain pace on a fast-paced line, hanging meat accurately according to specifications
5. Report any food safety and/or quality issues to ensure appropriate resolution
6. Cleaning and maintaining the area and equipment
