poultry farm foreman/woman Job

. Conduct artificial insemination and spraying or shearing of livestock or disinfecting pens, barns or poultry houses.
. Develop specific plans to prioritize.
. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
. Maintain quality control and production records.
. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs.
. Hire and train staff.
. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
. Perform general farm duties.

. A Minimum of Bachelors Degree - Any field.
. 3 - 5 Years of relative Experience.
. 1-2 people supervision.
. Attention to details and strong organizational and planning skills is essential.
