Job Description
-Manage the kitchen and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
-Prepare and cook a wide range of Korean dishes, including Korean BBQ, Jjajangmyeon, Kimchi Jjigae, Pajeon, Japchae, and other traditional menu items.
-Develop new menu items, seasonal dishes, and daily specials based on authentic Korean cuisine.
-Instruct cooks and kitchen staff in Korean cooking techniques, food preparation methods, garnishing, presentation, and specialized knife skills.
-Supervise cooks and kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school.
Experience: 3 years to 5 years of experience in commercial food preparation required, OR cook’s trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required.
