*** 5 am to 1pm Monday through Friday
***also available.and optional . a shift Saturday 5am to 1 pm .......and Sunday 5 am to 1 pm..

OR

***also available shift Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun. 2 hrs in early am such as 3 am to 5am ....OR....5 am to 7 am

Excellent Pay ! 20 per hour plus ..provided short training period . Permanent position.

MUST be RELIABLE in all but severe weather and looking for long term employment. Must enjoy physical labor and working outside. MUST HAVE TRUCK ! High energy job . Must have great energy and able to work quickly on trash pickup and routine cleaning of areas. Critical to be able to SEE trash and Move FAST for a few hours before stores open !! Average try-out= 2 days.

* This job primarily is picking up litter in parking lot before shoppers arrive.
Energy, efficiency and dependability is critical. Great pay for the right person. This is a physical job, MUST be in good shape, work in a timely manner, able to work in most weather . Additional requests during normal hours may be very light work.. .Our company is dedicated to the successful completion of any project we are on.. Other miscellaneous duties as well. Responsibilities:
- Perform general porter maintenance (trash pick-up) and possibly minor repairs at shopping
center exterior work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:
-Experience preferred or good eye for detail. Cant miss trash. Must be speedy as areas have time guidelines
- Strong skills with the ability to self supervise
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills and use of cell phone and photos if needed .
-Must be energetic and able to work in most weather conditions and must be reliable
-Ideally looking for long term employment
- Must have a truck
-Must have clear background
