Nuwine Studios is seeking a creative, organized, and experienced Podcast Producer to oversee the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality podcast content. The successful candidate will manage podcast production workflows from concept development through recording, editing, publishing, and promotion, ensuring compelling audio content that aligns with brand and audience objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and produce podcast episodes from concept development to final publication.

Collaborate with hosts, guests, content creators, and creative teams to develop episode themes, scripts, talking points, and production schedules.

Manage recording sessions, studio logistics, guest coordination, and technical setup for podcast production.

Edit audio recordings to ensure high-quality sound, clarity, pacing, and professional delivery.

Add music, sound effects, intros, outros, and branded audio elements to enhance production quality.

Oversee post-production workflows, file management, publishing schedules, and content distribution across podcast platforms.

Prepare episode descriptions, show notes, promotional content, and supporting digital materials.

Coordinate podcast publishing across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other streaming channels.

Monitor audience engagement, performance analytics, downloads, listener trends, and feedback to improve content strategy.

Work with marketing teams to promote podcast episodes through social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, and audience outreach.
