• Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

• Work Location: 2577 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 1T5
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Develop and implement work plans to effectively prioritize daily depot operations and meet processing targets
• Oversee and coordinate overall operational logistics, including bottle intake, sorting, and recycling workflows
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient coordination of activities and service continuity
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance, ensuring proper functionality and arranging maintenance when required
• Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality
• Supervise staff by assigning duties, reviewing work performance, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Participate in recruitment processes and support onboarding and training of new employees
• Manage inventory levels of supplies and materials, and coordinate timely procurement to support ongoing operations
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the occupation supervised is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
