with respect to plumbing, skilled with PEX pluming and for the most part, all plumbing associated with smaller homes which are copper/Pex and the transition of. most of the basi items that would occur in a home, such as snaking, tying in pluming, conversion to PEX, snakeouts, ideally overseeing dugouts/doing them but that is sometimes far-fetched. But at the least, assesing if it is necessary.
