Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to detect leaks and slow drains.
• Use rulers and levels to locate and mark the position of pipe installations, passage holes and connections.
• Drill and cut holes in walls and floors to accommodate the passage of pipes and digging trenches to access the plumbing lines.
• Assist in Repairing sinks, dishwashers, and other domestic appliances, removing clogs and cleaning pipes.
• Technical Knowledge to work from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions to install and modify plumbing systems.
• Follow safety practices and procedures to reduce on-site risks.
• Assist licensed plumbers in the installation and repair of plumbing systems.
• Clean and maintain plumbing tools and equipment to reduce potential downtime.
• Organize and move materials from truck to job site to support project requirements.
• Gather all the necessary tools, equipment, and materials for a plumbing job, including pipes, fittings, wrenches, drills, saws, and other plumbing supplies.
• Assist in preparing the work area by cleaning and organizing the space, removing debris and old plumbing components, and ensuring the area is ready for plumbing work.
• Provide help cutting pipes to specific lengths and assemble pipe sections using various fittings and connectors.
