Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years experience required
Work site environment: Outdoors
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Physically demanding
Personal Suitability: Organized, Reliability, Team player, client focus
Supervision: 3-4 people
Specific Skills: Prepare production and other reports, Supervise workers and projects, Train or arrange for training, Prepare bids, Estimate costs and materials, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
