PLM Technical Manager Job

PLM Technical Manager to perform the following duties:

Manage end-to-end delivery of Windchill PLM programs, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee multiple projects within the program portfolio, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
• Monitor risks, issues, and progress metrics to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Partner with engineering, IT, and business functions to align PLM initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Prepare executive reports, track KPIs, and ensure governance compliance.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering Windchill enhancements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and support continuous improvement practices.
• Design, develop, and oversee integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, MES, CRM, and other applications).
• Evaluate system requirements, analyze business workflows, and architect scalable PLM solutions.
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange across platforms using REST/SOAP web services, middleware, and APIs.
• Conduct technical assessments of upgrades, patches, and new capabilities to ensure compatibility with integrated environments; recommend adoption strategies.
• Direct and contribute to Windchill customization efforts (Java, JCA, JSP, Info*Engine, workflows, and UI extensions).
• Review technical designs, enforce coding standards, and validate performance/scalability.
• Provide guidance to development teams on PLM architecture, configuration, and integration best practices.

bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems
