Conceptualize and design custom robotic manufacturing solutions for the automotive, aerospace, steel, industrial machinery, commercial construction, household appliances, farm machinery, and heavy trucks industries.

*** Design, program, install, simulate, test, and start up robotic systems and associated interfacing with other factory control systems including PLCs (programmable logic controller) and HMI (human-machine interface), and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) software.

*** Incorporate various controls components into larger equipment solutions.

*** Conduct robot sizing, torque & speed calculations, and specify products for each application.

*** Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on ABB, Kuka, Motoman, Fanuc, Nachi, and similar robotics.
