Plater-welder Job

Maple Leaf Aluminum Ltd. is looking for a plater-welder to join our team.

Job Duties:
• Study engineering drawings and blueprints,
• Determine materials required,
• Plan the sequence of tasks to cut metal most efficiently,
• Lay out reference points and patterns,
• Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures,
• Weld or bolt sections together,
• Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines
• Install fabricated components in final product,
• Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within worksite.

Terms of employment: Permanent position
Salary: $35.00/hour
Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Work Location: Suite 140, 3171 No. 6 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada, V6V 1P6
