Job Summary:
The Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations in a plastic injection moulding facility, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance. The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating schedules, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Tasks:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
Prepare production and other reports
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Set up machines and equipment
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
