Plastics Engineer Product Design Process Development Engineer Plastic Products CAD Product Engineer Injection Molding Plastic Molding _ .

Seeking injection molded plastic product development experience for company producing small automotive, consumer appliances, medical, aerospace and packaging products.

Must have:

*** Hands-on ability with 3D software.

*** Track record successfully leading product development projects from concept thru manufacturing.

*** Strong mathematical analysis abilities including: Finite Element Analysis; Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, and thermodynamics.

*** Solid understanding of mold including parting line configuration, side action requirements, method of gating, method of ejection, draft, cooling requirements, and tool steel requirements.

Shall:

*** Manage product development from concept through transfer to manufacturing.

*** Create and maintain development schedules.

*** Coordinate material supplier and tooling fabricator activity.

*** Provide expert support to manufacturing team.
