We are focused on the Building Restoration industry and are capable of providing a wide range of exterior building envelope repair services. We have worked with hundreds of clients for residential buildings in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Plasterer will support residential construction, renovation, and building restoration projects across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area by carrying out interior and exterior plastering, stucco, and surface finishing work. The role includes preparing and repairing surfaces, applying finishes to meet project requirements, and contributing to exterior building envelope repair work where needed. This position requires dependable attendance, solid trade skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and other trades on active job sites.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and smoothing walls and ceilings before plaster application.
• Mix plaster, stucco, and related materials to the required consistency for each project.
• Apply and spread coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, floats, brushes, or spray equipment.
• Smooth and level plaster finishes to achieve an even and professional surface.
• Apply stucco or similar finishing materials to exterior surfaces to provide protective and weather-resistant coatings.
• Repair and refinish damaged plaster or stucco surfaces as part of renovation and restoration work.
• Shape and finish corners, edges, and surface details to meet project specifications.
• Apply textured or acoustic finishes to walls and ceilings when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience: 1 year of work experience as a Plasterer
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
