Plan and direct overall operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure optimal utilization of plant equipment, personnel and inventory, work procedure; develop and implement strategies in alignment with corporate strategic initiatives; oversee and direct yearly, quarterly, monthly manufacturing plan and performance; supervise performances of teams of maintenance, production, quality control, and administration including HR and finance; direct production and quality control to ensure quality product

- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering related, or Foreign Equivalent required
