Plant Design Specialist – Two Rivers, WI: Develop and prepare conceptual and detailed interior design plans, layouts, and technical drawings for client facilities and demonstration areas, ensuring optimal workflow, equipment placement, and effective use of space for packaging machinery installations; collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to integrate equipment specifications, production requirements, and ergonomic design principles into interior layouts, including floor plans, material flow paths, and utility coordination consistent with SOLPAC’s packaging systems offerings; and utilize design software to create visual presentations, 2D/3D renderings, and documentation that support client proposals, facility upgrades, and installation planning while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
