Plaintiffs Class Action Attorney Job

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiffs Class Action Attorney to join our legal team. This is a remote, full-time position for a litigator with at least 5 years of experience handling complex class action and consumer litigation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocacy and committed to protecting clients’ rights through all stages of litigation—from investigation to settlement and appeal.

Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of class action litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and appeals.

Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on strategy and case management.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Manage cases independently while maintaining strong communication within a remote team environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer or class action law.

California Bar membership in good standing required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent research and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience in employment class actions is a plus.
