Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement action plans for agency operations
• Organize and oversee business service functions
• Provide expert support to clients and staff in addressing technical and operational challenges
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate internal staff
• Lead marketing and promotion of the agency’s services
• Manage budgets and control expenditures
• Create and enforce company policies and procedures
• Represent the organization within economic and community groups
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and service delivery
Qualifications
• Language: Fluent in English
• Education: College diploma (College/CEGEP)
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related management role, preferably within employment or staffing services
