PL Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
Location: Montgomery and Milford, OH
Supervisor: Michael Rice
Status: Salary
Purpose:
Support and service Personal Lines insurance clients and assist with sales, policy management, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist walk-in clients
Process payments and policy changes
Handle renewals, re-quotes, and new business sales
Coordinate claim reporting and inspection follow-ups
Maintain customer records in agency system
Support office admin tasks and team collaboration
Mentor and support AccessPlus and The Insurance Connection members
Requirements:
Must obtain OH Property & Casualty License
Strong customer service and computer skills
Insurance knowledge preferred but not required
Key Competencies:
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
Strong communication and sales ability
Team player with initiative and integrity
Able to handle stress, multitask, and prioritize
