Pine House Grocery Store Is Hiring Retail Sales Supervisor!
Business and Work Location: 6083 South Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3H 1T2
Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $18.00 - $24.00 (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Job Requirement:
• Language of Work: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year or Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson, salesclerk or cashier is required.
