Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flows report, and quarterly and annual budget forecast.
Prepare financial reports and make financial recommendations to managers and provide sufficient financial analysis and projections.
Perform general ledger accounts analysis, research accounting discrepancies and carry out monthly bank reconciliations by using accounting software and system.
Plan and execute financial and information technology, internal auditing, fraud investigations and accounting regulatory compliance reviews.
Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions and tax strategy adjustments.
Set up payroll system by determining payroll liabilities and prepare Payroll Records. Process year-end 1099s and W-2s.
Telecommuting is an option.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related field.
