PI Homes is looking for a Carpenter Supervisor Job

Work hours: 30 hours per week (Permanent)
Wage: $36.92 per hour

+Main duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers and job site activities
- Train and arrange training for junior staff
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials
- Build foundations, install floor systems, erect walls, and roof structures
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Prepare layouts according to building codes using precision measuring tools

+Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school is required
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry or construction experience is required, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory position
- Language: English
