We are looking to hire Physiotherapy Assistant for our professional dynamic team based in Abbotsford BC.

Hourly wage rate: $37.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Overtime: $ 55.50 per hour after 40 hours of work per week
Work hours: 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
Duration of employment: Three years (36 months)
Terms of employment: Permanent, full‐time
Remuneration: 4% vacation pay

Your job responsibilities are –

• Administer evaluative tests
• Assess patients' physical abilities
• Assist physiotherapist in the assessment of patients
• Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities
• Follow through on treatment programs with patients
• Clean, maintain, prepare equipment & order supplies
• Assist in planning physiotherapy programs
• Collect statistics as guided in supervision.
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist in Teaching and/or supervise exercises to patients
• Assist in Developing, implementing and monitoring treatment plans of clients in collaboration with the physiotherapist

Job requirements-

Languages - English
Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years
